Devin Benter/Owner of CORE Advisory Group Blatantly Fabricates & Lies

UPDATE: Mr./Mrs. Pompeo updated me with an email stating after our many efforts in demanding a full refund, finally we were successful in getting them a full refund today 10/15/2016. Although they received a refund doesn't elude the fact that these poor couple still lost their house and there's no price nor amount of apologies that can replace this kind of lost. May this be a lesson learned to everyone that before hiring anyone for any types of services to research diligently to ensure the company that you are conducting business with is operating within the legal boundaries and is in full compliant with all Federal & State laws. And always put your customers first before your own interest by providing the services that you are offering.

===== PRIOR TO RECEIVING A REFUND =====

A Ripoff Report was filed on 09/26/2016 by one of CORE Advisory Group, LLC clients' the DEAF couple, which at the time was co-owned by Devin Benter & myself. Devin Benter responded back denying any wrong-doings by pointing out that I am the sole owner and that I had abandoned the business, employees and files and he JUST happened to be in the area and found CORE Advisory Group company laying around for the taking. Even a story like this, I would be ashamed to share to my 2 yrs. old niece.

Now instead of addressing the issue and holding himself accountable and find a resolution to correct the matter, he continues onto rambling about how me and our former employee is the guilty ones behind all this. Totally unprofessional and unethical for a business owner like Devin Benter to blatantly lie to these poor couples face even after they have already LOST their home. I myself accept responsibility for my association with him and I am not going to sit back and deny that what had transpired from this case was a total failure by CORE Advisory Group as a whole. Shame on you Devin Benter aka David Clarke for being a scum that you are. How can you sit there and make a false statement by fabricating and blatantly lie about what your involvement since day one with CORE Advisory Group as their President?

Here is an email to the entire CORE Advisory Group staff dated March 31st, 2016 telling everyone that he funded and own the branding since day one so disregard my email about suspending CORE operations.

Another sad and unprofessional move by Devin Benter is that in the report, you can clearly see there is no actual FULL NAMES of these clients just the first name mentioned "Jackie", but yet Devin Benter thought it would be a wise idea to reveal their full identity. Once again, unprofessional & unethical of you. So you lie to them flat out & you violated their privacy by revealing their identity to the public. The disbelief that you call yourself a businessman.

Mr. & Mrs. Pompeo forwarded me a copy of CORE responses to CFPB still with false statements and lies. Very disgusted with the fact that with overwhelming evidence to support Devin's Lies & Deception, he can still LIE & make a FALSE statement to the authorities. No morals & integrity.

An email dated back 10/19/2015 from Devin Benter aka David Clarke informing an employee about determining a refund amount if one, but according to his Ripoff Report response  I was the decision maker and determined if to refund these clients or not.
